Returns Policy

Warranty Procedure:

We check every product manually before shipment to ensure the item is in perfect condition. Due to long-distance transportation, some packages may be damaged. When you find that the package is damaged or unpacked, please refuse to sign for it! However, if the product you have received is damaged or has manufacturing defects, please follow these steps:

1) Email customer support, providing your name, your order number, and an explanation of the problem: support@sexdollcenter.com

2) Attach evidence (either photographs or videos) showing the described defects.

3) Allow our team to review the problem and provide a suitable solution that is acceptable to you.

If the problem was caused by us, or the product has any manufacturing defects, please rest assured we will take care of it.

Warranty Claims for manufacturing defects must be made within 30 days of product delivery.  

Damage resulting from the improper use of the product will not be covered by the Product Warranty.


6-hour refund

Before we ship any product, it undergoes several stages of quality checks. It is our intention to provide only the highest quality items to our customers. After you make an order with us, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. From that point, you will notice if you need to make adjustments to your order. Please note that when you place an order, you have 6 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification. After receiving your order, we entered the preparation status, so even if you ask for a refund within 6 hours, you will still be charged for the 10% procedure. After 6 hours, we’ve already started working on your order, and it will be too late to make any changes.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Sex Doll products that are offered for sale via the Website are made-to-order for each Buyer. Accordingly, the following applies to refunds and returns for any Products purchased by a Buyer:

Doll is a custom product that is created especially for Buyers. 6 hours after an order is placed, it will be processed and cannot be canceled for any reason.

If for exceptional reasons, the cancellation is accepted,

The custom sex dolls will be refunded according to the following conditions:

1. If the order time is less than 6 hours, we will refund 90% and charge a 10% operation fee and handling fee.

2. If the order time is more than 6 hours, but not shipped, we will refund 70% and charge a 30% restocking fee.

3. If the product has been shipped, we will refund 50%, charge a 30% restocking fee, and 20% logistics fee.

4. If the product has been signed, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the product is severely damaged.

The Stock sex dolls will be refunded according to the following circumstances:

1. If the order time is less than 6 hours: we will refund you 90% and a 10% handling fee will be charged.

2. If the order time is more than 6 hours, but not shipped: We will refund you 80% and will charge a 10% handling fee and a 10% operation fee.

3. If the product has been shipped: We will refund you 50% and will charge a 10% handling fee and a 10% operation fee and 20% logistics fee and a 10% product abrasion fee.

4. If the product has been signed, no returns or refunds will be accepted unless the product is severely damaged.

Returns:

We don't ship to Islamic countries, like Afghanistan, Pakistan, Jordan, Libya, Kosovo, Iraq, etc. Due to the nature of this product, it is not possible for us to provide an exchange or return as there are multiple concerns such as hygiene. Please understand that this is the normal practice within the sex doll industry. For returns under special circumstances, you need to wait for the package to be returned to the warehouse before issuing a refund.

Body heating and moaning functions can be damaged during transportation. If they don't work, the customer can't return them. Because this will not affect the use of the doll. And we will refund the function fees.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us 


Exchanging (not applicable)

Because sex dolls are sexual items, we will not conduct secondary sales, so we will not exchange in any case. If there is serious damage, we will resend one.

Resend (if applicable)

If the doll is seriously damaged and cannot be used, we will re-send one. 
If we lose the package in the shipping, we will resend one.
